The Dinner for One Retreat is a 6-day, 5-night experience in the hills of Tuscany, exclusively for single women who are ready to feast on their fabulous lives. From October 12-17, 2026, up to eight women will join me at Fattoria Poggio di Fiesole — a family-owned olive farm perched above Florence in the hills of Fiesole — to rest, eat, create, and just be.
On this extremely rare occasion, Sarah Moon, world renowned photographer and film-maker, famous for her unique and poetic vision, will be the keynote contributor to the next workshop held at the Fattoria Poggio di Fiesole, giving an extraordinary character to this session. This week-long class will be led by Lorenzo Castore, one of the most fascinating personalities in contemporary documentary photography who exhibits and conducts workshops all over the world.
