Art. 7 – Delivery

Pursuant to Art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 no. 185, the User, in case he/she qualifies as a “consumer” pursuant to art.1 lett b) of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999 n. 185, has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the Products ordered, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the Products.
