Centuries ago the farm was used as a convent by nuns who specialized in the ancient art of Florentine wool. What is now a pleasant apartment known as the Capella, was used by nuns in the 15th century as a place for prayer.

Today the Capella is a fully equipped and comfortable apartment in the splendid countryside of Fiesole. From the private, southwest-facing terrace, one can see Florence and the Mugnone Valley on the horizon. Each evening guests are privy to stunning sunsets that descend toward the gentle lines of the olive groves.

Cappella is a very charming and cozy apartment. The flat has an open layout making it easy to relax on the sofa overlooking the countryside, cook in the hideaway kitchen, or enjoy the clean air and the remarkable view from the terrace. The sleeping area is on a mezzanine separated from the rest of the apartment by a splendid wooden staircase. The area is illuminated by the charming round window that once illuminated the ancient chapel.
